What a managed PDF is
A managed PDF QR code points to a document stored for the code. Scanners reach it through the code's short URL, so the document can be replaced after the QR code has been printed.
Replace the document
Open the code's detail page and find Managed PDF. The current filename and file link identify the document that is live now. Choose a replacement PDF and complete the upload.
The replacement becomes the document visitors receive from future scans. The short URL, printed QR image, design, settings, and analytics history stay with the code.
Verify the replacement
Open the current-file link after uploading and scan the saved QR code with a phone. Confirm that both paths show the new document before distributing it broadly.
