SMS QR code

Turn a scan into a ready-to-send text. The phone opens messaging with your number and a prefilled message - for keyword entries, feedback, or quick opt-ins.

Scan a working SMS example

Use your phone camera to try this QR code. It contains safe demo content and does not submit a payment, send a message, or place a call automatically.

Opens a text message to a reserved example number with the website link ready to send.

How it works

  1. Enter the number and message

Add the phone number the text should go to and, optionally, the message you want prefilled - a keyword like "JOIN," a feedback prompt, or a short request.

  2. Style it for the placement

Set your colors and add a logo so the code fits a table card, a flyer, or a screen. The studio checks contrast so it stays scannable at that size.

  3. Print it where the prompt makes sense

Export for a table tent, a poster, a receipt, or an event sign - anywhere you'd ask someone to text a quick reply.

Popular use cases

Prefills the number and the words

The code opens the messaging app with both the recipient and the message already filled in, so the person just reviews and taps send - no typing a number or wording a reply from scratch.

The person still taps send

Phones open the message ready to go but never send it automatically - a privacy safeguard built into the platform. That's honest to expect: the scan sets up the text, and the sender confirms it.

Encoded directly, works offline

An SMS code carries the number and message in the code itself, so it needs nothing from us to keep working. Because it's encoded directly, changing the number or wording means printing a new code.
