Refund Policy

Summary

Every subscription charge - your first charge and every renewal - is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. Ask within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it, no questions asked.

How to request

Request a refund at customqrcode.io/contact (choose the 'Refund request' topic) or by emailing support@customqrcode.io. Include the email address on your account.

We reply within 2 business days and issue approved refunds to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Renewals

The same 14-day guarantee applies to renewal charges, not just your first payment. If a renewal charge surprises you, you have 14 days to ask for a refund.

If your plan started as a free trial, we email you a reminder before the trial converts to a paid subscription, so a renewal charge is never a surprise in the first place.

Canceling your subscription at customqrcode.io/cancel stops future charges immediately - your plan simply is not renewed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for.

After a refund

When a paid period is refunded or voided, dynamic QR codes on the account stop redirecting for that period, the same as any other lapsed subscription.

Static QR codes you already downloaded are unaffected and keep working - they don't depend on an active subscription.
