Email QR code

Turn a scan into a ready-to-send email. The phone opens a new message with your address, subject, and body prefilled - for support, inquiries, or feedback.

Scan a working Email example

Use your phone camera to try this QR code. It contains safe demo content and does not submit a payment, send a message, or place a call automatically.

Opens an email to hello@customqrcode.io with a subject and message ready to send.

How it works

  1. Enter the recipient and message

Add the email address the message should reach, and optionally a subject line and body - a support request, a booking inquiry, or a feedback prompt.

  2. Style it for the placement

Set your colors and add a logo so the code fits your signage, packaging, or printed material. The studio checks contrast so it scans cleanly.

  3. Print it where the prompt fits

Export for a help desk sign, a product insert, a business card, or a poster - anywhere you'd invite someone to email you.

Popular use cases

Prefills the whole message

The code opens a new email with the address, subject, and body already filled in, so the person just adds their words and sends - no copying an address or guessing a subject line.

The person reviews and sends

Scanning opens the mail app with everything prefilled but never sends on its own - the sender reviews and hits send. That's honest to set expectations: the code sets up the email, the person confirms it.

Encoded directly, nothing to maintain

An email code carries the address and text in the code itself, so it needs nothing from us to keep working. Because it's encoded directly, changing the address or subject means printing a new code.
